In this course, Emma Paunil will introduce students to the basics of acting auditioning and self-submissions. Students will learn about the four different types of auditioning techniques, including cold-read, monologues, sides prepared, and improvisation. They will also learn how to prepare for an audition, what to do and avoid during the audition, and how to submit an online audition. Through activities and examples, students will gain the foundational skills needed to succeed in the acting industry.

In this module, you will be introduced to the course and learn how to prepare for auditions. The do's and don'ts during auditions will also be covered. Then, you will study four different types of auditions, which include the cold-read auditions, audition with a monologue, sides prepared, and improvisation auditions.Course assessment
