This seven-week course provides learners with the opportunity to develop advanced Agile skills to use in the workplace. Through a series of hands-on exercises, learners will explore Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, and Kanban to gain a thorough understanding of how to apply Agile concepts in product management. Learners will build their understanding of Extreme Programming (XP) and learn how to manage tasks with a Kanban board. They will also use the Cynefin Framework to support their organisation. Guided by industry experts in the technology sector, learners will finish the course with both theoretical and practical knowledge to help them implement advanced Agile methodologies. This course is designed for those with prior knowledge of Agile and is most suited for project managers and programmers.
