This course, Introduction to Agile: Beyond Methodologies, provides an overview of Agile methodologies and how to make them work better for teams. Participants will gain practical guidance that can be applied immediately to change how they approach Agile, their work, and lead them toward better, more impactful outcomes. Through work-based activities and templates, participants will learn how to make changes that will have a real impact. This course is ideal for those beginning their learning journey in agility and/or product management, those interested in product organizations, or those working with or striving to lead agile teams.
