Foret Vert Kyoto is inspired by Kyoto bamboo forest, combining matcha and cherry for a unique Japanese flavour. Grand Classic is a rich chocolate butter cake and chocolate Dacquoise combination, perfect for chocolate lovers. Green Tea Financier is a classic French financier cake with Japanese ingredients, such as matcha and black & white sesame, to appeal to Asian taste buds. Japanese Roll Cake is a type of sponge cake filled with whipped cream, buttercream, custard cream, and sometimes fruits like strawberries. Strawberry Short Cake is a classic combination of strawberry, Creme Chantilly, and soft genoise sponge. Yuzu Tart is a lemon meringue tart made with Japanese Yuzu (Japanese citrus) for a unique taste and flavour profile. Matcha and Black Sesame Cake is a classic Japanese combination of black sesame and matcha, with each component playing an important role in balancing the cake.
