This Guided Project is designed to help individuals learn about the field of Programme Management and transition into working in the field. Through this project, participants will become fluent in creating Programme frameworks for Delivery Phases for diverse programmes. Utilizing a logical diagramming plan in an agile environment, participants will develop a solution to identify and classify the required process for programmes and the functionality of domains involved. This will help to create a structural model for learning about Programme Management. Participants will use proven models in an agile environment with ClickUp to engage in a hands-on learning experience.
