This Guided Project is designed to help individuals learn about the field of Program Management and transition into working in the field. By the end of this project, participants will be proficient in creating Program stakeholder artefacts for the Identification/Planning Phase for diverse programs. Utilising a logical diagramming plan in an agile environment, participants will be able to identify and classify the required components for stakeholder identification and planning. Additionally, they will develop a structural model for learning about Program Management.
