This course provides a practical introduction to Cloud Computing. Participants will learn the fundamentals of cloud computing, including the differences between traditional IT deployment models and Cloud Computing. They will also learn about IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and XaaS, as well as the differences between them. Participants will be able to create an Amazon Web Services IaaS virtual machine, install an application on the IBM Bluemix PaaS platform, and give instances of SaaS services to which they have previously subscribed. Additionally, participants will make a list of the benefits of cloud computing over traditional deployment methods. By the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of Cloud Computing and its advantages.
