Learners can learn from this course in three main areas: communication, leadership, and identity.
Communication: Learners will gain the skills to create and deliver powerful presentations and documents on short deadlines, apply laser focus to their intended audiences, and resolve conflicts. They will also learn how to effectively communicate with teammates, clients, and employees.
Leadership: Learners will gain the skills necessary to pursue the next level of leadership opportunities. They will learn how to lead others effectively and make plans for leveraging their identities as aspects of their communication strengths.
