This course, Critical Thinking: Reasoned Decision Making, provides students with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of critical thinking and how to apply them to make reasoned decisions. Students will gain an understanding of the tendencies, approximations and assumptions on which their reflections are based, and the conditions and outcomes derived from their ways of thinking. Through this course, students will learn to identify and challenge the assumptions on which they base their judgments, regarding the world and its realities. Additionally, students will gain the skills to analyze the critical thinking required in business decisions, problem solving in organizations, and social and ethical responsibility.
