This course, Designing for a Sustainable Future with Samsung, provides an opportunity to consider how sustainability affects us today. Participants will compare and debate the current state of sustainability in the United Kingdom, and when designing for a sustainable future, identify and interpret opportunities and challenges. The course will also explore the opportunities that technology can provide, and learn the fundamentals and significance of empathetic design thinking. Finally, participants will identify and conceptualise their own concrete actions and solutions in response to the proposition: Designing for a Sustainable Future.
