This free DBT course provides an opportunity to take control of one's life. Participants will learn how to use the DBT diary card to prioritize which behaviours or habits they want to track. Through self-assessment, they will be able to reflect on potential behaviours to track on the diary card. Additionally, participants will gain an understanding of the patterns to look for when filling out the diary card. This course will also help participants become more aware of their desires, thoughts, emotions, and actions. Finally, participants will learn how to keep track of how DBT skills are being used.
