This course provides an overview of the foundations of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Participants will gain an understanding of the four core modules of DBT, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, participants will learn how to apply DBT strategies to their own practice and how to assess for the appropriateness of DBT for their clients.
