This course provides an overview of Esports Management and the development of a Capstone Project. Students will analyze the pros and cons of creating a single or multiple Esports organization and recommend an effective branding strategy for a hypothetical Esports organization based on current Esports branding considerations. Additionally, students will develop a plan for recruiting funding resources for a hypothetical Esports organization and choose an Esports organization role of interest, other than Owner, and describe their reasoning. Through this course, students will gain an understanding of the Esports industry and the various roles and responsibilities of Esports organizations.

[Applications]
The application of this course can be seen in the development of a comprehensive Esports management plan. Students can use the knowledge gained from this course to create a plan for recruiting funding resources for a hypothetical Esports organization, as well as to choose an Esports organization role of interest and explain their reasoning.
