This Vessto Face Yoga course provides an opportunity to learn 18 facial exercises, the fundamentals of Face Yoga, how it works, and why it is so effective. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of breathing during the exercise, as well as the benefits of rotating eyes and tongue. The course will also cover the function of facial muscles, skin, bone, fat, and wrinkles. It is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element Theory, and will explore the connection between Face Yoga and emotions. Additionally, participants will learn how to read faces and detect imbalances.
The course will begin with exercises to improve circulation, droopy eyelids, II lines, horizontal lines on the forehead, and double chin. It will then move on to the importance of circular muscles and cheek lifting, and how to strengthen the cheek muscles. The importance of smaller facial muscles will be discussed, and participants will learn how to activate and strengthen corners of the mouth and under eyes, reducing dark under eye circles, puffiness, smiling lines, and nasolabial wrinkles.
At the start of the course, it is normal not to feel certain muscles. Atrophied muscles need around 14 days to reactivate. Participants will learn how to incorporate exercises into their daily routine, and the routines are easy and can be done anywhere and anytime. The course will also cover breathing, skin preparation, and lymphatic drainage before and after the workout.
