Jenya Baglyk has been practicing facebuilding for over a decade, developing and perfecting her own methodology and new face exercises. This course, Facebuilding Course - Facial Exercises to Tone and Slim Face, Anti-Puffiness Effect, is a workout for the whole face, including the collar area, neck, sublingual zone, lips, cheeks, cheekbones, nasolabial area, eyes, and forehead. In addition, it includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, with 33 exercises in total.
This complex is suitable for beginners who have not previously performed facial exercises systematically, and are just starting to get to know their face. It can also be used by more experienced Facebuilders as an express complex, in case there is not enough time for a lesson, or as a simpler alternative to the main set of exercises.
The exercises can help to have a fresh color of the face, decrease puffiness of the face, lift eyelids, reduce double chin, smooth wrinkles on the forehead and around the lips, and reduce signs of osteochondrosis. All that is needed to complete the exercises is desire, clean hands, and a mirror. Visible results can be seen after two months of regular exercises.
