This course provides learners with the opportunity to gain experience and expertise in the advanced Shyama Shastri Swarajathis of Carnatic Flute. Learners will gain an understanding of the history and culture of the Carnatic music tradition, as well as the musical genius and compositions of Shyama Shastri. They will also gain an appreciation of the ragas and talas used in Shyama Shastri's compositions, and the ability to play and perform these compositions.
