Trent Kaniuga is a professional concept artist for video games, and he has created a course to help aspiring concept artists learn the skills they need to succeed. In this course, students will learn how to practice and train their thinking differently than if they were to do animation or film concept art. They will also learn the formulas and processes that Trent has used on the games he has worked on, such as Fortnite, Overwatch, League of Legends, Diablo 3, Hearthstone, Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, Indivisible, Final Fight Streetwise, He Man GBA, Terminator 3 GBA, CannonBallers, Ikeda: The Scrap Hunter, and Goblins and Gnomes.
The course includes tutorials, templates, and brushes, which can be found on Gumroad. Students will also have access to the Twilight Monk game on Steam, as well as books and merchandise from Aquatic Moon. They can also join the Discord server, follow Trent on Twitter, and watch Cubebrush tutorials.
By the end of the course, students will have the skills and knowledge to become a concept artist for video games. They will also have access to the resources they need to continue their learning and practice.
