This 30 Days of Bliss course is designed to help new learners increase their gratitude, happiness, and positivity in their daily lives. Over the course of 30 days, learners will be provided with weekly videos discussing a theme, as well as easy daily action tasks. The ideas, reasons, and science behind each action will be discussed, and learners are encouraged to have an open mind and try something new. Scientific research has shown that these methods can positively affect endorphin, dopamine, and serotonin levels, as well as reduce anxiety, depression, and stress, and increase happiness. The course is based on the creator's own personal experience, and they are eager to share it with others to help them find bits of gratitude each and every day.
