It will help learners understand IPv4 and its associated terminologies, along with examples. Topics covered include an overview of IPv4, networking, hosts, media, hubs, switches, routers, gateways, firewalls, host addressing, the OSI model, the TCP/IP model, packet structure, addressing, packet flow in the network, MAC address, Address Resolution Protocol (ARP), proxy server, Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name System (DNS), and Network Address Translation (NAT).
This course is designed for beginners who want to understand the basic concepts of IPv4 and work with any TCP/IP based protocols. After completing this tutorial, learners will have a moderate level of expertise in IPv4 and be able to progress to more advanced topics.
