Caroline Girvan's 15 Min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT at Home is a great way to work your entire body with just one kettlebell. This workout consists of 8 exercises, each performed for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of kettlebell swings. Exercises include goblet squats, alternating lunges, pass unders, uneven lunges, Romanian deadlifts, bent over rows, overhead presses, and upright rows. Tips for proper form and technique are provided. A mat and something to lean against, such as a chair, are needed for this workout. Participants can use one or two kettlebells depending on the weight. A warm-up is recommended prior to beginning the workout. This workout is suitable for all fitness levels.
