This 30 Minute Beginner Kettlebell Workout is designed to provide a full body strength training session. Participants will be guided through the workout with audio cues to help with form and positioning. This workout is suitable for beginners or anyone who would like guidance with kettlebells. Two versions of the workout are provided, one with a pair of kettlebells and one with a single kettlebell. As participants do this workout over time, they should become more comfortable and confident with kettlebells.
