Lebe Stark Academy offers a comprehensive course on the BEST Kettlebell Workout for regular people over 50. This course is designed to help those who have been sedentary for a long period of their life and want to get in shape. It takes a beginner's approach that regular people can follow.
The course includes a warm-up, four exercises for one minute each, and a protocol of four rounds with a 60-second break after each round. Weights are recommended for beginners (8 kg for females and 12 kg for males) and intermediate (12 kg for females and 16 kg for males).
