This course, Dialux Evo Mastering Lighting Design Like a Pro, provides an overview of the principles and techniques of lighting design. It covers topics such as reading and understanding architectural drawings, using the tools required for lighting design projects, constructing individual floors, basements, balconies and roof tops, adding internal and external materials and textures to floors, adding furniture and objects to floor designs, using lighting design principles and lighting standards like IESNA and CIE to determine the lux/foot candles level of a particular task area, choosing and adding light fixtures into Dialux Evo, running lighting calculations, documenting calculations and results, and exporting them as reports, and creating ray trace renders of finished projects after lighting calculations.
