This course will provide an overview of how to master your emotions with expressive writing. Participants will learn how to combine expressive writing and interoceptive awareness into a powerful strategy to offload and process difficult emotions and manage everyday stress. Through the course, participants will gain an understanding of how to tolerate and manage emotions, and which expressive writing technique works best for them. They will also have the opportunity to use binaural beats to help process emotions. At the end of the course, participants will have their own Personal Processing Plan to use whenever they need to offload and process difficult life events and emotions.
