Yvette Bachman's HIIT Training & Muscle Building Class is a great full body workout for strength training. Participants will use heavy weights to perform chest, triceps, and shoulder exercises with 5 to 8 reps. For chest exercises, 35 pounds is recommended, while 30 and 20 pounds are recommended for triceps exercises. A medicine ball is also used for additional exercises.
