Students will learn how to react when users say everything is broken, how to engage with users, and how to facilitate a user community to get support for their platform rollout. Additionally, students will learn how to determine if anything is salvageable and decide how to move forward. By the end of the course, students will have the skills to close a failed platform implementation.
