This course, Retail for Business Analysts and Management Consultants, is designed to help Business Analysts and Management Consultants drastically improve their knowledge and skills in optimizing Retail business. It is based on the instructor's 15 years of experience in Retail as well as a consultant in top consulting companies and as a Board Member responsible for strategy, improvement, and turn-arounds in the biggest companies from Retail, FMCG, SMG, and B2B sectors.
