The Ultimate Indoor Soccer Workout is a soccer training course designed for kids to improve their touch, dribbling skills and overall ball control from the comfort of their own home. The course consists of four activities: Juggling, Ball Mastery, Figure 8 Drill, and Wall Training.
Juggling is a fundamental skill that helps players become more comfortable with the ball by developing a softer touch. It also helps improve agility, balance and coordination with the ball. Toe tap juggling is recommended to keep touches lower and under control.
Ball Mastery is a great way to maximize touches on the ball in a relatively small area.
The Figure 8 Drill is a great activity to improve ball control and dribbling skills. It requires two objects to be used as markers and the ball is dribbled in and around the two objects in the shape of the number 8.
Wall Training is a powerful tool to improve passing and receiving technique and boost overall ball control. It rewards players when they execute the movements properly and punishes them if they lose focus and execute with poor technique.
