This course offers five 13-17 minute stretch and strengthen videos designed for absolute beginners. These exercises are perfect for those who feel intimidated by more complicated routines, are fearful of putting too much pressure on their joints, or are in recovery from injury. The classes can be done in the comfort of one's own home, with limited space and no special equipment. Each class focuses on large muscle groups, joint mobility, and core strength. The videos can be completed in any order and are kept short to encourage daily practice. These Starter Series #1 Videos can be used as warm ups or cool downs, to get the blood flowing after sitting for a long period, or to start the day fresh. They also act as a warm up for Tai Chi classes. Students can choose the level most appropriate to them and do these quick body warm up and condition exercises before engaging with the Tai Chi Course. Once these videos no longer feel challenging, students can progress to the Start Series #2.
