Kingsbury Coaching presents StickFlow, a series of four videos designed to encourage creativity while stretching and working out. This series utilizes an optional broomstick handle to deepen the stretches and improve form. Each video includes four different sequences (A, B, C, and D) that become progressively more difficult and longer to execute. The sequences are performed twice - the first time slowly and the second time a little faster - with text explanations for how to perform the different stretches/mobilizations. The only equipment required is the handle of an everyday broom and an optional yoga mat. It is important to not exert too far into the stretch that it could cause any pain, and to ensure the body is warmed up slightly to improve flexibility.
