The Supply Chain Design course provides an overview of the basic concepts necessary for the articulation of logistical processes with operational efficiency. Through this course, participants will gain an understanding of the design and planning of sales, marketing and operations. The course will also cover the importance of competitivity, time saving, and the increase of profit for micro, small and medium companies (SMEs) in Latin America in order to stay current in their markets. Participants will learn how to successfully design and manage a supply chain, as well as how to use logistics processes in their day to day operations. This online course is designed to provide participants with the tools they need to effectively design and manage a supply chain.
