Chef Dao is a professional culinary instructor at Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy and Thai Chef School and is a native of northeast Thailand. She has a degree in Accounting and has studied at Le Cordon Bleu and Dusit Thani Culinary College.
The course is suitable for both beginners and professionals and each dish is taught in 4 video segments (total about 20 minutes).
