To meet the needs of your busy life, we offer two 100% competency-based online learning formats - GuidedPath and FlexPath. In this specialization, you'll analyze scholarly and practitioner literature and emerging trends in the leadership and human resources fields. You'll also design projects that improve organizational effectiveness and study current topics, including leadership theory and practices, high-performance leadership and positive change models. No GRE required.
