The Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program provides awards of up to $5,000 per year to students who age out of foster care and students who are adopted after age 16.

The GEAR UP Iowa Scholarship provides awards to students who are part of the GEAR UP Iowa state-wide cohort. Scholarships are sent directly to the college/university that the student is attending and can be used to pay for tuition/fees, room/board, books/supplies, and personal/living expenses while in college.
