For graduating seniors in Oregon or Clark County, WA to enroll at an institution of higher education anywhere in the United States. Applicants must (a) be born in Scotland, (b) have a parent or grandparent who was born in Scotland, or (c) have demonstrated a significant commitment to Scottish dancing, piping, drumming, Celtic harp or Highland fiddle.

For Native American residents of Oregon who are seeking vocational training or certification.

Washington County Farm Bureau is proud to offer a college scholarship program. There are two scholarships, one for high school graduates from Washington County, Oregon with the intent to study for a degree in agriculture, education, nursing, vocational training or related fields that will serve the agricultural community. The second scholarship is for full time students that are currently enrolled in higher education that are from Washington County in Oregon and are studying for a degree in agriculture, education, nursing, vocational training or related fields that will serve the agricultural community.

ASWP awards $2,500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors from our service area of Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Beaver, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. Students who are applying to two or four-year colleges to further their studies in an environmentally-related field are eligible to apply.
